HOW TO USE THIS SITE
 

Welcome to Keep the Spirit.com! We hope you enjoy your shopping experience and welcome your in order to help us make it even better. Please don't hesitate to get in touch.

 

First we should mention this site is designed to serve wholesale buyers across the United States (and beyond on request). Retail customers, interested in purchasing Keep the Spirit products should visit "Find a Retailer Near You" for retail store locations near you.

• #1 REGISTRATION
If you are a wholesale buyer, the first step is registration. This will enable you to access our shopping pages and to place orders. IN ADDITION... once you've placed your first order, you'll be included in our "Find a Retailer Near You" database. This feature will provide retail customers with your store information: location–address, phone number, email and LINKED website address, which means FREE ADVERTISING FOR YOU! Click "Buyer Registration" for details.

• #2 LOG IN & SHOP!
Once you receive registration confirmation containing your user name and password, the next step will be to log in and SHOP. You can access our product lines two ways:

1) Click "Shop" from any of our web pages, then select "Shop [Jane Doe's] Products".

2) Click "Buyer Login", which appears in the upper right corner on most of our pages. This will take you to the "Wholesale Buyer Artist Index".

Either way you will be prompted for a user name and password. Once you're inside the cart area you can select artists from the Wholesale Buyer Artist Index or through the pulldown menu in the left side column on all other shopping pages.

Artist Shopping Pages: To select an item and add it to your cart, highlight and type the quantity next to the item (default is "1") and click "Add to Cart". You will have the option to continue shopping or check out. Select the appropriate button.

• #3 CHECK OUT / SUBMIT ORDER
When you've finished your shopping, click the "Check Out" link following the selection of your final item or at the top of each shopping page.

You will see an order summary along with a form to be completed for billing/shipping purposes. Shipping information is only necessary if it differs from your billing address.

Please be sure to include all pertinent details as they are required to complete the order.

• #4 CONFIRMATION
You'll receive confirmations from both the website and the individual vendor(s). Please allow 3-5 business days for the vendor's response.

SHIPPING:
All shipping is handled by the individual artists. Most employ the services of common carriers such as UPS, Federal Express and the U.S. Postal Service. Please contact us if you require a shipping estimate prior to the fulfillment of the order.
