How do I use your site... how can I order? |

This website functions the same way most e-commerce sites do with one
exception–you must be a wholesale buyer to place an order. For additional

Is there a way to purchase items if I'm not a store owner or wholesale buyer? |

Yes... On the left you'll find a link to "Find a Retailer Near You". This
feature provides store locations, telephone numbers, email and website addresses
for the retail stores who carry
many of our items. |

No...
Since our shopping pages are password protected, you must register as a buyer to
shop. Registration is free and the benefits are many! Click "Buyer

Following registration,
how long do I have to wait before I can place an order? |

A. |
Once we receive your retail store registration, we will review the
application and confirm the information you provide. This process can take up to 3-5 business days. See "Buyer
Registration" for more info. |

Is there a minimum order? |

A. |
Yes, there is a minimum order requirement of $100. |

Now that I'm registered how do I shop? |

A. |
You will receive instructions with your registration confirmation but basically,
once you have a user name and password you can access our product lines two
ways:
1) Click "Shop" from any of our web pages, then select "Shop [Jane Doe's]
Products".
2) Click "Buyer Login", which appears in the upper right corner on most of our
pages.
Either way you will be prompted for your user name and password. Once you're inside the cart area you can select artists through the pulldown menu on the
"Wholesale Buyer Artist Index"
page or in the left side menu on all other shopping pages. |

After I'm logged in can I move around to other pages
"outside" of the shopping cart? |

A. |
Yes. This site operates through the use of "cookies". You will be able to move
freely throughout the website without logging in a second time. In fact, you may
leave the website and return through the use of your internet browser "Back"
button without logging in again. Keep in mind, however, if you close
your internet browser you will need to log in again. |

Which browsers support this cart? |

This site has been tested with Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Netscape.
The cart works best with Internet Explorer but it will work with Firefox and
Netscape. Safari and Opera have not been tested. |

What happens when I place an order? |

A. |
Your order is processed directly from the shopping cart and distributed to the individual vendors. You will receive an immediate
confirmation from us following the placement of the order. You should also
receive a confirmation from the vendors with estimated shipping dates and
purchase order/billing information for their products. Please allow 3-5 business days for the
vendor's response.
We should mention that payment is not
collected through this website. We may add a credit merchant option in
the future. |

Can I place a "Rush" order? |

Yes, however, we cannot promise each and every item will be available on a rush
basis. Please indicate the need to expedite the order under the "Comments"
section of the checkout process. |

All shipping is handled by the individual artists. Most employ the services of
common carriers such as UPS, Federal Express and the U.S. Postal Service. Please
contact us if you require a shipping estimate prior to the fulfillment of the
order. Otherwise, you will receive information when the order is ready to be
shipped. |

Is this site protected through the use of SSL? |

No... Since we are not collecting funds or exchanging confidential information such as
credit card or social security numbers, a site certificate is not a necessity.
However, we do treat the information you submit with
confidentiality. We respect your privacy and do NOT sell or distribute your information to
outside companies or agencies. See "Privacy Policy"
