TONI DUHON OF "THE TATTERED RABBIT FARM"

Toni Duhon grew up on a centennial farm, established in 1893. She learned to sew at age 8 and soon was making clothes for the whole family of seven. Summers were spent sewing clothes to exhibit at the county fair and also tagging along with her parents to country flea markets.

Soon Toni caught the collecting bug and began buying old buttons and vintage quilts with her fair winnings.

When Toni decided to start her doll making business, "The Tattered Rabbit Farm", her passion for sewing and her love of antiques were combined to create unique folk art dolls. Toni has always had an awareness of eco-friendly ways and strives to recycle and re-use. Vintage wool blankets, hand- me-down sweaters and found objects find new life, being incorporated in her dolls.

Toni now lives on a beautiful, herb filled farm with her husband Jerry and their 3 loveable labs.
